Maintenance Supervisor

Under general supervision, the Maintenance Supervisor oversees as well as performs maintenance services for the community, residents, staff, and surrounding grounds. This position reports to the Facilities Manager.

• High school graduate or equivalent required. Graduate of a technical school preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the building and construction fields preferred with additional two years of supervisory experience.
• HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing systems; drywall installation, patching and painting, and mechanical equipment repair experience, highly preferred.
• Ability to dispatch and assist maintenance staff with light snow removal.
• Must have experience using smartphone and / or tablet for work purposes.
• CMMS/BAS experience required.
