    Job SummaryWe're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations and ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment and facility systems. In this role, you'll lead a team of maintenance professionals, drive equipment uptime, support production goals, and help create a safe, high-performing work environment through strong leadership and continuous improvement.

    The successful candidate will lead maintenance support across Plasma, Heat Treat, Machine Shop, and HVPA operations.

Our teams repair and manufacture critical aerospace components used across the global aviation industry. As a people leader, you'll play a key role in developing talent, improving processes, and delivering results that help keep aircraft flying safely around the world.

    Location: On-Site, Orangeburg, NYShift: Monday-Friday with rotating weekend coverage, typically one weekend per month, with on-site support Saturday and on-call support Sunday

    What You'll Be Doing

    Lead daily maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and production uptimeSupervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and support personnelPlan, prioritize, and assign maintenance work to support operational needsCoordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activitiesTroubleshoot and support repairs of production equipment and facility systemsOrder parts, materials, and supplies to support maintenance operationsPartner with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and other teams to meet business objectivesManage hazardous materials and wastewater processes in compliance with regulationsSupport emergency response activities and equipment-related escalationsConduct employee performance reviews, training, and development activitiesPromote a safe, organized workplace and support 5S and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with company safety, environmental, and maintenance standardsBuild strong relationships with vendors and external service providers

    What We're Looking For
