Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, facilitating PMs, auditing projects, and ensuring team accountability.
Candidates should be assertive, communicative, and comfortable on the manufacturing floor up to 70% of the time, with problem-solving skills and willingness to support after-hours calls.
Requirements include a high school diploma (Bachelors preferred), 3-5 years of supervision experience, mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred skills include Lean/Six Sigma, CMMS, ERP, and experience in fast-paced or consumer manufacturing.
