Join our dynamic team at Nesco Resource, where we are actively seeking an experienced professional for a growing advanced manufacturing company in the Lowell area. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who thrive on troubleshooting complex equipment, leading a team, and driving preventive maintenance initiatives in a fast-paced industrial environment.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support maintenance technicians while coordinating daily maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery, pumps, motors, valves, control systems, and facility equipment.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and work orders using a CMMS system.
• Oversee equipment installations, modifications, and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
• Promote a safe work environment by enforcing OSHA regulations, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and other safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electromechanical equipment.
• Experience using CMMS software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Welding and plasma cutting experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a preemployment screening

 
Salary: $35-$38 based on experience
Shift: 1st (7 am to 330 pm Monday through Friday)(OT as needed)
