Job Description

Supervise and manage daily maintenance operations to ensure equipment efficiency and safety.

Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Siemens PLCs, Allen-Bradley systems, and HMI programming.

Conduct electrical and mechanical maintenance on manufacturing equipment.

Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance team performance and technical skills.

Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and optimize production schedules.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repairs.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

The Successful Applicant

Experience in maintenance supervision within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.

Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting, including Siemens PLCs and Allen-Bradley systems.

Understanding of HMI programming and operation.

Strong skills in electrical troubleshooting and mechanical maintenance.

Ability to manage teams and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting.
