Three years experience in the maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry and building systems and equipment, with a broad range of knowledge of the maintenance methods and procedures involved in the repair and upkeep of residential buildings and apartment units and staff supervision.

Maintenance Supervisor We have an opening for a hard-working person to lead our team of Maintenance Technicians at The Housing Authority for LaSalle County. We have a fast-paced and diverse environment. Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to be insured for operating HALC owned vehicles and/or provide personal transportation as needed to perform duties.Three years experience in staff supervision.Three years experience in the maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry and building systems and equipment, with a broad range of knowledge of the maintenance methods and procedures involved in the repair and upkeep of residential buildings and apartment units and staff supervision.Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent with the attainment of knowledge and skills through the completion of educational or certified programs related to the duties and responsibilities specified. We are offering Full Time employment, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with excellent benefits. On call after hours will be required on a rotational basis.
