IRT Living is hosting a Job Fair in Indianapolis and you're invited - Thursday, 10/8/26, from 11 -2 pm and 3 - 6 pm, EST! We are looking for skilled and motivated MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORS AND MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS to join our teams at our various properties! Meet and interview with our Regionals and Hiring Managers for your chance to be hired. All you'll need to bring is an updated copy of your resume.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field
• EPA Type I and II certifications required; CPO preferred
• Physically able to lift up to 45 lbs. regularly and up to 80 lbs. occasionally; push/pull up to 200 lbs.
• Professional appearance with strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license required
• Requirement: Must be able to attend a company paid, multi-day, out of state training within 2 weeks of start date.
