    Education & Experience Requirements

    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in industrial environment
    • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience required
    • Valid Driver's License required
    • PLC and robotics experience preferred

    Qualifications

    • Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, pneumatic, and hydraulic system knowledge
    • Experience with cranes, forklifts, welding, machining equipment, and hand/power tools
    • Basic computer and math skills, including use of measuring devices
    • Strong leadership, organization, problem-solving, and communication skills
    • Ability to work flexible schedules and maintain a strong safety and quality focus

    Responsibilities

    • Direct, oversee, and evaluate the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems following standard operating, safety, and quality procedures that include setup actions for product runs; calibrating and repairing pneumatic systems; inspection of belts, fluid levels, filters, bearings, seals, etc.; and providing corrective actions as required.
    • Develop and implement schedules and procedures for preventive maintenance programs.
    • Oversee inside/outside repair actions for buildings and grounds following standard operating, safety, and quality procedures.
    • Oversee inside/outside, minor/major emergency repairs as required for buildings, grounds, machines, and equipment following standard operating, safety, and quality procedures.

    • Oversee computerized control and monitoring of mechanical equipment.
