We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor II to oversee daily engineering and maintenance operations at a property.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing work assignments, performing complex repairs, ensuring building systems operate efficiently and safely, and responding to emergencies. Key duties involve developing maintenance programs, conducting inspections, managing vendor relationships, supervising personnel, supporting project execution, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications include at least 5 years of facilities management experience, strong technical knowledge of building systems, leadership skills, and relevant certifications (e.g., EPA/608, OSHA 10/30). A high school diploma is required; college degrees and additional certifications are a plus.
