    NTENANCE SUPERVISOR II – 2nd Shift

    Reports to: Maintenance Manager II

    Location: Brownsville, WI

    Job Description:

    • Oversee all maintenance of the production facility, manage plant maintenance budget, and oversee training and development of mechanics in the areas of safety, quality, continuous improvement, and facility performance

    • Advocate for effective execution of performance management process by collaborating with direct reports to set clear objectives and goals

    • Conduct regular coaching and constructive feedback discusses to review performance and goal progress

    • Support workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies

    • Address Associate relations and performance issues in a timely manner; make appropriate decisions relative to performance challenges

    • Distribute PMs, including lockout/tag-out sheets

    • Coordinate emergency work and attend/participate in workflow process meetings

    • Supervise hourly Associates including coaching/mentoring, training, discipline, performance management, conflict resolution, etc.

    • Conduct Associate Safety and other required training

    • Maintain documentation for training, safety, job evaluations, orientations, etc.

    • Assess Maintenance team strengths and weaknesses

    • Maintain involvement in hiring new maintenance Associates and manage onboarding to the team

    • Ensure 24/7 plant maintenance coverage and support

    • Monday – Friday; 4:00 pm – 12:30 am


    Qualifications:

    • Associate degree; BS/BA preferred (in a relevant technical field)

    • Minimum 6 years related maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment; food manufacturing a big plus

    • 3+ years supervisory/leadership experience

    • Strong project management and conflict management skills

    • Lock Out/Tag-Out Certification
