What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily maintenance operations at the property
- Leading and scheduling maintenance technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Coordinating with vendors for repairs, supplies, and project bids
- Managing preventative maintenance schedules to keep the property in top condition
- Conducting property assessments and identifying areas for improvement
