Lead Maintenance for a Growing Community!
Cobalt Equipment needs an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities team at a brand-new workforce housing community in Haskell, TX. If you know how to keep a facility running and can lead a hands-on team, this is a great opportunity to build something from the ground up.
What You'll Do
• Prioritize and assign work orders across the maintenance team
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Order parts and coordinate with outside vendors for larger repairs
• Supervise and schedule the maintenance and HVAC/electrical team
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Strong organizational and vendor coordination skills
• Able to lead a hands-on team and respond quickly to urgent repairs
What We Offer
• $34.00-$39.00/hr., overtime eligible
