About the Role:Join Metropolitan Management Group LLC as a Maintenance Supervisor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our properties are well-maintained and safe for residents. We are looking for a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering top-notch maintenance services.
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring timely completion of work orders.
- Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance programs.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and cost effectiveness
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
- Collaborate with property management to develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role in property management.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems and carpentry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Certification in maintenance management or related field is a plus.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential.
