What You'll Do:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Supervise and coordinate daily Maintenance Technician activities based on production schedules and work order priorities<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Review factory downtime reports and drive improvements with your team<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Develop and continuously optimize preventative maintenance schedules for all facility equipment<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Build and implement skill development plans for individuals and the department<\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Serve as a key player on the plant -wide maintenance network, coordinating activities and problem -solving across the facility<\/span><\/span>

  Requirements<\/h3>

  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of utilities, facilities, or production equipment maintenance
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem -solving skills with CMMS/work order experience<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a high -performing maintenance team<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Engineering degree or equivalent — military experience accepted in lieu of formal education<\/span><\/span>
