What You'll Do:
- Supervise and coordinate daily Maintenance Technician activities based on production schedules and work order priorities
- Review factory downtime reports and drive improvements with your team
- Develop and continuously optimize preventative maintenance schedules for all facility equipment
- Build and implement skill development plans for individuals and the department
- Serve as a key player on the plant-wide maintenance network, coordinating activities and problem-solving across the facility
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of utilities, facilities, or production equipment maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with CMMS/work order experience
- Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team
- Engineering degree or equivalent — military experience accepted in lieu of formal education
