What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all maintenance operations for buildings, grounds, and amenities
- Handle service requests, turns, and preventative maintenance
- Lead vendors and assist with hiring/training team members
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
- Manage inventory and stay within budget
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
- Strong HVAC skills + EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required)
- Experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
- Leadership mindset with strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation and basic tools
- Ability to stay active and work outdoors as needed
