- Rate: $25.00 to $29.00/hour
- Location: East Point, GA
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (with On-call rotation)

As a Maintenance Supervisor, You Will:
- Actively participate in all maintenance and repair activities while leading the team
- Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general property upkeep
- Perform and manage preventive maintenance across the property
- Supervise staff and vendors, schedule work, and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Manage inventory, supplies, and operating expenses
- Respond to and resolve maintenance requests and emergencies efficiently
- Ensure timely unit turnovers and maintain a high standard of readiness
Essential Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to supervise, teach, and motivate staff
- Willingness to perform any task that is required (i.e., janitorial, gardening, etc.)

- Ability to participate in the emergency on-call rotation is required
Required Education and Experience:
- High school degree or equivalent
- 3+ years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting and refurbishing
- Familiarity with HVAC system and various appliances
- Computer proficiency
- Working knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting and refurbishing
Certificates/Licenses/Registrations:
- Must possess a valid Driver's License
- Pool certification required where applicable
- CPO if required by city or state
- Certificate of Training (HVAC, other appliances) preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and peripheral vision
- Constant need to be on feet and perform the following physical activities:
- Bend/Stoop/Squat/Kneel
- Climb stairs while carrying tools
- Push and pull

While performing the functions of this job, the employee may be exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, outdoor weather conditions; frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, extreme heat, risk of electrical shock, vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
