Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting equipment failures, coordinating repairs, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate maintenance personnel in daily maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers to diagnose equipment issues and source replacement parts.
- Ensure all equipment receives scheduled preventive maintenance.
- Inspect machinery, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee the installation of new equipment and machinery.
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience diagnosing and repairing complex industrial equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with low-voltage control systems and high-voltage AC electrical systems.
- Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience working with OEMs and vendors to identify and purchase replacement parts.
- Basic computer proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Electrical and/or mechanical certifications.
- Experience operating heavy equipment.
Pay: $30/hour
