Newbury Living is a growing, well-established property management company seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support and elevate our communities across the Denver metro.  This position will oversee approximately 400 units with likely growth to 800 units by the end of the year.  If you're a hands-on problem solver who thrives on variety, independence, and making a visible difference, this could be your next move.

What you'll do

• Travel to multiple properties to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain systems
• Take the lead on preventative maintenance to keep communities running smoothly
• Perform detailed inspections and identify improvement opportunities
• Train and mentor on-site maintenance teams
• Coordinate and oversee vendor work to ensure quality and efficiency
• Deliver excellent service and build positive relationships with residents and staff

What you bring

• Ability and willingness to travel throughout the Denver metro
• 5+ years of apartment or multi-family maintenance experience (preferred)
• Strong skills across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, and general repairs
• Solid problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills
• Comfort with basic computer systems and documentation
• Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
