What Were Looking For:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Sienna on Sloans Lake Apartments & University Station Senior Apartments in Denver, CO. This position is responsible for the overall maintenance of the property and supervision of the maintenance staff on site. This person is responsible for being hands on and completing the work orders on a timely basis. As a leader of our maintenance team, youll play a crucial role in ensuring the operational excellence, curb appeal and resident satisfaction of the apartment community.
This is a full-time position with full benefits. Pay range: $32-34 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Who You Are: (Requirements of the Position)
o Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent.
o 2+ years of multi-family industry experience preferred
o 1-2 years in a supervisory role strongly preferred
