    Description

    We are seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a multifamily community in Roswell, GA. This community requires a leader who is hands-on, organized, and capable of improving operational efficiency while maintaining strong resident service standards.

    The ideal candidate has experience managing older multifamily assets, understands preventative maintenance, and can effectively lead a maintenance team while controlling expenses and vendor usage.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all maintenance operations for the community
    • Manage apartment turns, service requests, preventative maintenance, and curb appeal
    • Supervise maintenance technicians and porter staff
    • Ensure timely completion of resident service requests and make-ready schedules
    • Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and building system issues
    • Monitor inventory, supply ordering, and maintenance expenses
    • Coordinate vendors and ensure work is completed to company standards
    • Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response
    • Conduct regular inspections of building systems, vacant apartments, and grounds
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience required
    • Prior maintenance supervisor experience preferred
    • EPA certification required
    • Strong HVAC troubleshooting experience preferred
    • Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general carpentry
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills
    • Experience operating older multifamily communities preferred
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
