Job Summary:

Responsible for directing maintenance staff and daily operations at public housing sites, ensuring compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain occupancy rates of 99%+, oversee inspections, repairs, and safety compliance, and ensure timely unit turnovers.
  • Address resident maintenance requests and emergencies promptly while providing high customer service.
  • Coordinate contractor work, manage supplies and inventories, and complete required reports.
  • Supervise maintenance team, including training and evaluation.
  • Ensure life safety protocols, conduct safety inspections, and respond to emergencies, including fires and weather events.
  • Maintain documentation, oversee procurement, and supervise emergency response activities.

  • Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in related field with 3 years experience; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Commercial Pest Control certification and valid Ohio driver’s license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication skills; physical ability to perform job duties.
