    Maintenance Supervisor (Day Shift)
    Location: Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania
    Schedule: 12-Hour Day Shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) | 2-3-2 Rotating Schedule

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong maintenance background in a manufacturing, industrial, or military environment with proven experience leading maintenance teams and driving equipment reliability.

    Must possess:
    High School Diploma or GED (Associate Degree preferred)
    Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, industrial, or military environments
    Minimum 3 years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
    Strong knowledge of CMMS, PLCs, MCCs, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical, Mechanical Systems, and Welding
    Experience leading troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability initiatives
    Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA), A3 Problem Solving, PDCA, and Continuous Improvement
    Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and team development skills
    Experience leading EHS/Safety initiatives and maintaining regulatory compliance
    Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
    Experience with JD Edwards ERP (preferred)
    Experience with Finishing and/or Anodizing processes (preferred)

    The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of approximately four Maintenance Technicians responsible for maintaining production equipment, improving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and ensuring safe, efficient plant operations.
    This role provides leadership for maintenance planning, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, safety initiatives, preventive maintenance programs, and workforce development while supporting manufacturing operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    Lead and supervise maintenance technicians during daily operations
    Improve equipment reliability and minimize production downtime
    Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
    Conduct troubleshooting for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and automation systems
    Lead daily maintenance meetings and coordinate work assignments
    Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean, A3, PDCA, and Root Cause Analysis
    Ensure compliance with all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards
    Develop standard work procedures and maintenance best practices
    Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance personnel
    Manage maintenance schedules, staffing, overtime, and resource allocation
    Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations teams
    Support capital projects and equipment improvements
    Enforce company policies, safety standards, and labor agreements

    Required Qualifications
    High School Diploma or GED
    Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, industrial, or military environments
    Strong experience troubleshooting industrial equipment
    Experience with:
    PLCs
    CMMS
    Motor Control Centers (MCCs)
    Electrical Systems
    Mechanical Systems
    Hydraulics
    Pneumatics
    Welding
    Strong leadership and communication skills
    Ability to lead maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment
    Legally authorized to work in the United States

    Preferred Qualifications
    Associate Degree
    3+ years of maintenance leadership experience
    Lean Manufacturing experience
    Root Cause Analysis experience
    Experience leading EHS initiatives
    Experience with Finishing and Anodizing processes
    JD Edwards ERP experience
    Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies

    Shift Schedule
    • Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    • 2-3-2 Rotating Schedule
    • Every other weekend off
    • Built-in three-day break every other week
    • Paid for 40 hours even during 36-hour work weeks
    • Overtime paid during weeks exceeding 40 hours
