Country Club Apartments - a professional and established apartment complex community is
seeking candidates for full-time maintenance. Maintenance will be responsible for overall
upkeep of the property and day-to-day repairs.
- Position available immediately
- 30-40 hours a week
- Monday to Friday 9 am to 4 pm
- Pay based on expertise
Duties (including but not limited to):
• Perform daily apartment repairs – examples are sink faucets, toilets, ice makers, garbage
disposals, laundry doors, blinds, etc....
• Execute daily property duties – running trash compactor, blow out breezeways, etc....
• Complete outside property repairs – gutters, railings, lights, preventative maintenance, etc....
• Seasonal landscaping – trimming bushes, cutting tree limbs, mulching, etc....
• Seasonal winter duties – keeping sidewalks + entrances clear by shoveling snow and salting
• Responsible for on-call maintenance work phone (cellphone provided)
• Coordinate with property manager and outside contractors to perform maintenance
inspections and repairs in empty apartments to make ready for new tenants (called turnover
season, may fall on a weekend or after business hours during the summer months)
• Conduct customer focused service – work closely with Country Club staff and residents,
communication with team members
