Arcadia Creekside, a professionally managed apartment community in Chattanooga, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure our community remains safe, well-maintained, and resident-focused.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee all maintenance operations for buildings, grounds, and amenities
- Manage unit turns, preventative maintenance, and service requests with efficiency
- Supervise, train, and motivate maintenance team members
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing, and safety standards
- Coordinate vendors, manage inventory, and assist with maintenance budgeting
- Maintain pool operations and chemical safety standards
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
Required Certifications
- EPA HVAC Certification (Required)
- CPO – Certified Pool Operator (Required)

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience (supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and basic maintenance tools
