Maintenance Supervisor

• Ensure facilities and equipment are maintained to ensure safe and efficient production
  
• Preventative maintenance
  
• Support multiple projects including launch strategy and project timelines
  
• Review and provide input on new equipment.
  
• Mentor maintenance teams
• Coordinate training and skill improvements including apprenticeship education and training.
  
• Attend required environment, health and safety training with employees.
  
• Conduct effective, timely accident investigations and initiate corrective action.
  
• Strive for safe production and train and encourage employees to follow safe work practices
  
• Enforce rules and procedures consistently.
  
• Supports quality, environmental and 5S programs.
  
• Lead by Example.
  

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree preferred
  
• 5+ years of Supervision experience in Industrial maintenance
