What will you be doing!
What we are looking for:
Education
Post-secondary education with a minimum of 5 years of technical or maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
Previous supervisory experience in a maintenance, construction, or technical environment.
Experience managing schedules, budgets, and meeting deadlines.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team.
Ability to work effectively across teams and with stakeholders - demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of regulatory and company requirements, processes, and union agreements.
Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and complex construction documents.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues and optimize work plans.
Proficiency with systems such as ORACLE or similar tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Ability to coach, mentor, and support continuous learning and development.
Security Clearance Eligibility Required
Reliability Status with Site Access Security Clearance (SASC), which has a minimum requirement of 3-5 years of verifiable history in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United States and/or the United Kingdom. CNL implements security screening in accordance with the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat''s Standard on Security Screening and the Policy on Government Security.
