Pay: $26.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-Hour Lunch)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a multifamily apartment community in Buffalo, NY. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for maintaining the property, supervising maintenance staff, and ensuring exceptional service for residents. EPA and/or HVAC Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team in daily operations.
• Assign, monitor, and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform and oversee repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and carpentry.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and routine property inspections.
• Coordinate apartment turns and ensure units are move-in ready.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Work with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all property safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

3+ years of apartment maintenance experience required

Previous Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Maintenance experience preferred

EPA Universal Certification and/or HVAC Certification preferred

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general building maintenance

Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and leadership skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors and outdoors as needed
