    Responsibilities:

    • Plan, prioritize, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and ensure rapid response to breakdowns.
    • Lead and coordinate daily maintenance operations by setting schedules, assigning work, and driving the team to meet performance and reliability targets.
    • Manage spare parts inventory, including tracking, ordering, and ensuring availability of critical components to minimize downtime.
    • Maintain accurate equipment records, technical documentation, and manuals while supporting new equipment installations and capital projects.
    • Collaborate with production to align maintenance activities with schedules, ensuring consistent achievement of quality standards and customer requirements.
    • Lead, train, and develop maintenance personnel to improve troubleshooting capability, efficiency, and overall team performance.
    • Drive continuous improvement, safety compliance, and cross-functional problem solving by partnering with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing to reduce defects, optimize processes, and maintain regulatory standards.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or trade education preferred.
    • Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience, with demonstrated exposure to maintenance or technical operations.
    • Proven experience supervising or coordinating maintenance activities in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop maintenance or technical teams to achieve performance goals.
    • Experience working with maintenance systems, equipment reliability practices, and technical documentation.
    • Working knowledge of safety regulations, OSHA requirements, permits to work, risk assessments, and contractor management.
    • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
