We’re hiring a hands -on Maintenance Supervisor to drive accountability and improve maintenance execution at a specialty chemical manufacturing plant. This is a floor -level leadership role — not a desk job. You’ll supervise day -to -day maintenance operations across mechanical systems, lead a team of technicians, and help build a more structured, reliability -focused maintenance organization.<\/span>

Required:<\/b><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment - Chemical, pharma, food & beverage, or continuous process manufacturing<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Direct supervisory experience managing maintenance technician<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Hands -on knowledge of mechanical systems<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
CMMS experience (SAP preferred)<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Proven experience running or improving PM/PdM programs<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Experience working in a union environment<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Comfortable with KPI tracking: PM compliance, MTTR, MTBF, downtime, OEE<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>

Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>

Supervise daily maintenance activities and technician performance<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Drive PM completion, work order discipline, and downtime response<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Manage maintenance tracking and labor through CMMS<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Lead troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Coordinate contractors and support plant projects and outages<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Track and report on key maintenance KPIs<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Promote safety, accountability, and urgency across the maintenance team<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Maintain strong communication between maintenance and operations<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
