    Description

    As the Maintenance Supervisor, you be responsible for effectively performing all the required duties of the position in an accurate, thorough, and safe manner while adhering to all GMPs and taking an active role in directing and leading the Maintenance team.

    Shift: 1st shift anf 2nd shift openings

    Pay: Negotiable based on experience

    Responsibilities:

    • Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
    • Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
    • Recruit, supervise and train maintenance technicians
    • Hire and supervise techs during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)
    • Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)
    • Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
    • Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
    • Participate in coordination of projects, and manage vendor relationships
    • Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
    • Strong knowledge and experience for troubleshooting and repair (Electrical, PLC, Instrumentation, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Welding, Plumbing, HVAC)

    Experience:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Four years experience in the mechanical or electrical trades preferred.
    • Completion of recognized program in vocational training for the mechanical or electric trades may be substitutable for two years experience.
    • Experience within food processing/manufacturing
    • Must have knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs.
