Job Summary:
We are seeking a resilient, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at U @ 19th Apartments, a high-demand multifamily community in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the community is maintained to the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, operational efficiency, and resident satisfaction.
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance staff, coordinate vendors, manage service requests and preventative maintenance, ensure compliance with company and safety standards, support budget adherence, and help uphold our commitment to accountability and legendary service.
