Maintenance Supervisor 3rd ShiftAt kdc/one, the Maintenance Supervisor supports all maintenance operations-planning, scheduling, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement-while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards . This role plays a critical part in reducing downtime, improving performance, and developing a high-performing maintenance team.What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be the go-to leader making sure our equipment-and our people-are performing at their best.Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians to drive safety, quality, and performanceTroubleshoot and repair production equipment (fillers, labelers, cappers, case packers-you know the drill)Own and improve preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and boost efficiencyDrive root cause analysis and implement real solutions (not band-aids)Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and EHS to keep operations running smoothlyCoach, develop, and hold your team accountable-building a strong, capable maintenance crewEnsure compliance with GMP, and safety standards
