Responsibilitiesarrow_right

• Lead, coach, and support maintenance technicians to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Prioritize and oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Respond to equipment issues quickly to support production and reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide hands-on technical support for complex equipment issues.
• Collaborate across departments to coordinate maintenance priorities and resources.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and shift documentation.
• Support employee training and skill development.
• Manage maintenance supplies and spare parts inventory.
• Participate in safety audits and drive corrective actions.

Qualificationsarrow_right

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Experience with maintenance management software and diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or related diploma preferred.
