We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a direct hire day shift opportunity with highly competitive pay and excellent benefits.
Primary Responsibilities
Oversee and support the daily activities of maintenance employees; 8-12 direct reports
Work with operations, maintenance, and management to track, trend, report, and take effective corrective actions regarding equipment failures
Work plan development
Implement new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials
Implement training programs to improve work performance
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
A.S. degree or 4+ years of management experience in a Maintenance field; B.S. degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project Management, etc..
