What You'll Do:
? Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians
? Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs
? Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, spray booths, and production equipment
? Coordinate maintenance schedules with production teams to minimize downtime
? Maintain maintenance records, equipment manuals, and spare parts inventory
? Partner with engineering on equipment upgrades and process improvements
? Ensure OSHA and workplace safety compliance
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience
2+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
Strong CNC machinery maintenance experience
Knowledge of spray booth systems, electrical schematics, PLC troubleshooting, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
