    About the Role
    You'll support the G4's maintenance management mission, tracking equipment readiness and maintenance status across the command.
    What You'll Do
    • Track equipment maintenance status, readiness rates, and deadline-for-maintenance reporting across supported units.
    • Coordinate maintenance support requirements with logistics planners and maintenance activities.
    • Prepare maintenance readiness reports and briefings for command review.
    • Support maintenance policy compliance and readiness-reporting audits.
    • Maintain maintenance tracking databases and records.
    What You'll Need
    • Prior experience in Army or DoD equipment maintenance management or readiness reporting.
    • Working knowledge of Army maintenance and readiness-reporting systems (e.g., GCSS-Army or equivalent).
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard Army logistics information systems.
    • U.S. Citizenship required.
    • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
    • Must be able to complete a favorable background investigation appropriate to the position within the first week of starting, and obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) within the first two weeks.
    • Must complete required security, anti-terrorism, and information assurance training within the first 30 days, and annually thereafter.
    • If the position requires a security clearance, must complete annual threat-awareness and operations-security refresher training.
    • Professional appearance and conduct consistent with a military headquarters environment.
    • No travel required for this position.
