Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Specialist I to assist with the maintenance and smooth operation of equipment and systems within company facilities. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates with a technical diploma and basic knowledge of facility equipment, maintenance practices, and safety procedures.
The Maintenance Specialist I will support routine inspections, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, documentation, and team-based equipment issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining equipment and systems within company facilities.
- Conduct routine checks and preventative maintenance activities.
- Document maintenance activities, inspection results, and findings.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and operational issues.
- Follow safety standards and maintenance procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with maintenance team members to support timely resolution of equipment issues.
- Report equipment concerns, safety issues, or repair needs to the appropriate team members.
Required Qualifications
- 0–3 years of related maintenance experience.
- Technical diploma in a relevant field.
- Basic understanding of equipment, systems, and maintenance practices.
- Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and work processes.
