Responsibilities include:Performing routine and major maintenance repairs for apartments, common areas, and grounds.Handling service requests promptly (goal: within one business day).Completing turnkey work for vacant units-paint, repairs, lock changes, inspections, and vendor coordination.Maintaining an organized, stocked maintenance shop.Performing preventive maintenance inspections on all systems and structures.Maintaining pool equipment, landscaping, irrigation systems, and exterior areas.Participating in on-call rotations for 24-hour emergency maintenance.Ensuring compliance with the Fair Housing Act and company standards at all times.What We're Looking ForHVAC or EPA Certification preferredMinimum 3 years of related experienceKnowledge of HVAC troubleshooting, appliance repair, plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, and irrigationPool operation experience a plusMust be available for on-call duty for emergenciesPhysical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., bend, stoop, and reach overhead for extended periods.Ready to Join Us?If you're a proactive, reliable professional who wants to grow with a successful company, apply today and make a difference at our North Little Rock community!
