The ability to perform duties with full and unimpaired judgment is required.What You'll Be Doing:Reporting to the Community Director, the Service Technician will:Complete work orders and service requests efficiently and professionallyMaintain the property's grounds, pool, and landscapingPerform preventative maintenance and inspectionsHandle make-readies for vacant unitsSupport emergency on-call maintenance as neededWhat We're Looking For:3+ years of maintenance experience in a residential or similar settingHVAC or EPA certification preferredPool maintenance experience preferredSkilled in a variety of trades: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, appliance repair, and irrigation systemsStrong communication skills and a customer-focused mindsetWillingness to participate in our 24-hour on-call rotationPhysical Requirements:Lift up to 75 lbs.Bend, twist, reach, and kneel as needed for repairsComfortable working in tight spaces and overhead areasReady to take the next step in your career?
