Work Schedule: 100% FTE, full-time. Day shift, Monday - Friday 7a - 3:30p. Weekends and Holidays as needed. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related study. Required Master's Degree in Business Management or Administration. Preferred

Work Experience: Five (5) years progressively responsible maintenance, operations, safety, and emergency management experience, with at least three (3) years in a supervisory capacity. Required Five (5) years of supervisory experience in healthcare maintenance, operations, safety, and emergency management. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications:

  • Must possess a current, valid driver's license issued by the individual's state of residence.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and have a minimum of three (3) years of driving experience to operate a Personal Vehicle, Patient/Visitor Vehicle, or standard UW Health Fleet Vehicle. Required
  • Certification through a state, national facilities or similar organization. Preferred
