Maintenance & Repair Technician

Join a growing team and build your technical skills! This Temp-to-Hire opportunity is ideal for someone with a mechanical or electrical background who wants to gain hands-on experience with automation, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance. You'll work alongside experienced technicians while helping keep production equipment running safely and efficiently.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM-9:30 PM

Dress Code: Polo shirt, jeans, and steel-toe shoes

PPE: Steel-toe shoes required

What You'll Do:

• Assist with troubleshooting automated equipment, PLC-controlled systems, sensors, and electrical components.
• Perform routine maintenance and help install, start up, and repair automated equipment.
• Inspect equipment and replace basic components such as sensors, switches, relays, and motors.
• Read basic electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to support troubleshooting.
• Document maintenance activities and work orders while communicating equipment issues and repair status to supervisors.

Employment Terms: This position is a temporary/contract engagement through RightStone. Standard corporate health benefits, retirement plans, and paid time off are not provided during the contract duration.

What we're looking for:

• Some experience or education in automation, electrical, mechanical, industrial maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, automation equipment, or PLCs is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand basic electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of senior technicians and supervisors.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and electrical safety requirements.
• Reliable team player who can communicate effectively with production and maintenance teams.
