Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with occasional on-call weekends

Job Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our property in great shape. This role involves a variety of day-to-day maintenance tasks and requires someone who’s comfortable working with their hands and tackling physical work.

What You’ll Do

• Handle general maintenance and repairs involving mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

• Work alongside other team members and outside professionals during repairs

• Stay actively involved in daily maintenance tasks

• Help with renovations and improvement projects as needed

• Be available for occasional on-call weekend work

What We’re Looking For

• General knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

• Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and stand for extended periods

• Comfortable working in a hands-on, physical role
