Maintenance Mechanic $42,286

Grade 1 Rate of Pay follows current Collective Bargaining Agreement with a yearly increase

Skills Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.  Additional course work or vocational/trade school helpful
• Prefer one year experience as a Maintenance Mechanic
• Ability to maintain ground keeping and repair of rental units, equipment and buildings
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance and troubleshooting

Job Description:

The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining and repairing rental units, equipment and buildings. The successful candidate will have experience in property maintenance and be able to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. The Maintenance Mechanic will work closely with the property management team to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and in good repair. Must have valid driver's license, be able to lift 50 pounds and be able to pass random drug screening.  Paid vacation and sick leave, paid holidays, and company match retirement fund.
