Maintenance Process Owner - Reliability

RESPONSIBILITIES

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:

Process Ownership & Reliability

• Drive equipment reliability by analysing performance data, identifying failure modes, leading root cause analysis (RCA) with internal and external stakeholders, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Own and continuously improve the Site Asset Management Strategy - encompassing asset inventory, criticality ranking, maintenance types, and lifecycle documentation while maintaining rigorous accuracy and compliance of data within the CMMS.
• Develop and implement Reliability strategies to improve mean time between failures (MTBF) and reduce mean time to repair (MTTR).
• Lead the Predictive Program of the site. Design and Implement Comprehensive Predictive Maintenance Strategy aligned with organizational goals and asset management practices.
• Plan, Schedule and Supervise all predictive maintenance activities, review reports and coordinate with the Maintenance Planner the corrective action plan to ensure timely resolution of findings.
• Support to develop, document, maintain, and optimize maintenance strategies (i.e. preventive program), processes and procedures (PMs, job plans, condition monitoring, reliability standards).
• Track, Report and Analyse maintenance reliability performance metrics and failure data (MTTR, MTBF, downtime, cost) to identify trends, generate reports, and provide data driven recommendations to improve asset reliability.

Continuous Improvement

• Leverage maintenance data analytics to identify / manage asset reliability risks and optimize way of working to prevent adverse impacts on plant operations and business continuity.
• Identify opportunities to streamline maintenance processes and reduce costs through efficiency improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, BOS) to increase asset uptime and extend equipment lifecycle.
• Partner with Maintenance Planners and Engineers to optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.

Collaboration & Technical Expertise

• Partner closely with maintenance, engineering, operations, health & safety (EHS), and quality assurance departments to ensure alignment on reliability strategies.
• Provide subject matter expertise, guidance, and training to maintenance personnel on reliability strategies, maintenance processes, tools, methodologies and engineering solutions that maximize asset uptime and reduce maintenance expenditures through innovative technologies and process optimization.
• Support procurement and vendor discussions related to spare parts, services, and reliability improvements.
• Support CAPEX full project lifecycle of including design, installation/modification, and commissioning) of assets to maximize asset reliability.
• Promote a culture of operational excellence through inter-site collaboration.
• Contributes to the overall success of the Maintenance Department by performing other essential duties and responsibilities as assigned.

PERSONAL QUALITIES - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:

• Bachelors degree in engineering, Maintenance Management, or equivalent technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in plant maintenance/reliability in a manufacturing environment with packaging/high speed production (i.e., bottling, consumer products, etc.).
• Proficiency in CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo).
• Advance with Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Experience with maintenance KPIs, preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Experience in electrical Safety (NFPA70E), ISO 9000, GMP and HACCP (preferred).
• Certifications preferred: Lean Six Sigma.
