What will you be doing!
What we are looking for:
Education
Post-secondary education in a relevant technical field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of technical or maintenance experience.
Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience.
Experience working with maintenance planning, scheduling, and work management processes.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Extensive knowledge of site systems and equipment.
Ability to plan and coordinate multiple complex activities in a logical, sequential manner.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with stakeholders.
Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets/schedules effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve operational challenges.
Experience using software systems such as CMMS, Oracle, or similar tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of initiative, organization, and self-management.
Security Clearance Eligibility Required
Reliability Status with Site Access Security Clearance (SASC), which has a minimum requirement of 3-5 years of verifiable history in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and/or the United Kingdom. CNL implements security screening in accordance with the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat''''s "Standard on Security Screening" and the "Policy on Government Security."
