Job Title: Maintenance Planner Parenteral Fill/Finish
Location: Raleigh/Durham, NC | Duration: 12+ Months

Job Summary:
Seeking a Maintenance Planner to support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for pharmaceutical parenteral fill/finish operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime.
• Manage PMs, work orders, and job plans using CMMS, preferably Maximo.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Operations, Maintenance, and vendors.
• Track work order completion and maintenance KPIs.
• Support planned shutdowns and maintenance scheduling.

Required Skills:

• Maintenance planning/scheduling in manufacturing.
• Pharmaceutical/GMP experience; aseptic/fill-finish preferred.
• Maximo or other CMMS experience.
• PM, work order, and job plan experience.
• Vendor and cross-functional coordination.
