NOW HIRING – MAINTENANCE PLANNER
CORE PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Location: Orange, Texas

Pay: DOE (Depending on Experience)
Core Project Management is actively seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner with a strong background in industrial maintenance planning, scheduling, and coordination.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop detailed maintenance work packages and job plans
Plan preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities
Manage work orders and maintenance backlogs
Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and contractor resources
Conduct field walkdowns and verify job scopes
Support shutdowns, turnarounds, and maintenance outages
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintenance standards
REQUIREMENTS:
️ Industrial maintenance planning experience
️ Experience in chemical plants, refineries, or petrochemical facilities preferred
️ Proficiency with SAP, Maximo, or similar CMMS systems
️ Knowledge of mechanical equipment, piping, and rotating equipment
️ Ability to read P&IDs and technical drawings
️ Strong organizational and communication skills
️ MUST BE LOCAL TO ORANGE, TX OR SURROUNDING AREAS
