    POSITION OVERVIEW

    As a Maintenance Planner, your roles and responsibilities will include:

    • Planning and scheduling maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and craft productivity.
    • Managing work orders, preventative maintenance, and predictive maintenance activities.
    • Coordinating materials, tools, equipment, and resources required for maintenance work.
    • Maintaining maintenance schedules and supporting planned outages.
    • Partnering with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and EHS teams.
    • Applying Lean Manufacturing principles to improve operational efficiency.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Maintenance Planner who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Maintenance Planner would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:

    • Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
    • Manufacturing Environment
    • Oracle eAM
    • Preventive Maintenance
    • Predictive Maintenance
    • Work Order Management
    • Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance
    • Lean Manufacturing
    • Maintenance Materials Management
    • Planned Outages
    • EHS Coordination
