Maintenance Person Jr (3rd shift) $32.20 + $1.25 shift differential

Job Description BAE Systems is seeking a full time, 3rd shift skilled trade assistant. In this role you will perform minor repairs across a heavy industry site, along with assisting a skilled trade Carpenter, Electrician, Mechanic, Plumber and other trades.

• Receives instructions and work orders from Process Supervisor, Assistant. Process Supervisor, Lead Person or Self-Directed Work Team.
• Procedures necessary tools, materials and equipment from within or outside plant area using mobile tractor or various size trucks or vans.
• Performs maintenance tasks on plant and office facilities, electrical systems, vehicles, production machinery and sanitary facilities not requiring the skills of full scope maintenance personnel.
• When required, assists journey-person in assigned maintenance tasks.
• Fills out work reports daily.
• Returns all materials and tools not in use.
• Uses personal computers or other data acquisition devices (i.e. bar-code) as required.
• Keeps work area safe and clean.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous Maintenance experience

Pay Information

This position is covered under a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), which will determine your wages.
