Maintenance / Painter

Essential Responsibilities

• Painting
• Interior/exterior maintenance
• Lawn care, as applicable
• Snow removal, as applicable
• Replacement of lights
• Plumbing, such as snaking/plunging
• Electrical work
• Relocation of furniture/fixtures, etc.
• Cleaning, as needed
• Assist in "turnover" of vacant apartments, such as drywall repairs and painting
• Inform Maintenance Supervisor of activities and bring solutions forward

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• 2+ years relevant work experience

Certificates/Licenses/Registrations (if applicable):

• CAMT Certification preferred, but not required
